Overview

The tripod holds the teleprompter, camera and teleprompter. 

Teleprompter screen that displays the text (on the bottom), the mirror over camera to reflect text (student looks at mirror).  The confidence monitor hanging down on the bottom shows what is on the TriCaster to the talent. 

There is a 9lb weight that hangs off the back of the tripod to counterbalance the weight of the confidence monitor.  It is important that students do not remove the weight.

Common Issues

License is saying its expired - There is a usb stick that says ‘prompter people’ on it that should be plugged into the computer.  The usb stick holds the license key for the teleprompter. Please try removing it and plugging it back in. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact support@clsonline.com.
