Install Issues

Putting together the cabinet and desk: If the panels are not fitting into the metal holders, peel from the corner one side of the grey fascia off the end of one of the panels to make it smaller to slip in. 

Monitor brackets not fitting together: Use an allen wrench to loosen the screw on the side.

Common Issues

HDMI cable is losing connection

• If this is going through a switch, try bypassing the switch. If that is not possible, try using a different cable or HDMI port.

Tricaster not working

• Try connecting the cameras directly to rule out a switch issue.

Unable to transfer video files from PC to the sessions folder

• Go to the tricaster > open file explorer > open the media drive > right click on sessions > turn sharing on > check the security and make sure the ‘video’ profile has modify permissions.

Text flipped on teleprompter

• There is a button on the monitor to flip the text.
