Follow the steps below to mass send files, website shortcuts or application short cuts to all student computers via Lanschool. 

Step 1 - First make sure all computers are on and thawed in deep freeze

Step 2 - Log into Lanschool, highlight all the computers (they will turn blue)

Step 3 - Administer > Log on selected students > this will automatically log the students into the computers 

Step 4 - On the top bar click Administer > Send Files to Students

Step 5 - To add a application shortcut, create the shortcut first on the teacher computer > hold down the shift key while right clicking on the application short cut > copy as path.  Back in Lanschool enter in the path in the first box.  The custom folder should already be filled in, if not it needs to point to C:\Users\Public\then where the file should go.

Step 6 - Select overwrite student files if they already exist.  Click send file then check a couple computers that it worked.

Step 7 - Freeze the computers in deep freeze
