Licensing Information:

• 1 animation-ish/fabmaker license per computer
• 1 license = 13 seats (students)
• You can choose to create separate logins for each student or one universal login.

Logging into Animation-ish:

• Go to https://www.fablevisiongames.com/homepage
  • Please note the website is not https://animationish.com/ please go to the Fablevision site, login, then click on games to access Annimation-ish.
• Your username is your Smartlab email address and your password is Create123!  If you are unsure what your Smartlab email address is, please reach out to Smartlab support at support@clsonline.com

Assigning licenses and creating classes:

• When you create a class, one license is provisioned to that class which means a license is taken from the pool of available licenses. 

Adding a class:

• Go to Classes then click on Create a New Class.
• Fill in the information about the class (class name/teacher name) and select how many seats you would like to use (reminder 1 license = 13 seats/students).  If the teacher isn't listed on the drop down options, click on Create New Teacher to add them. 

 

Check how many licenses are assigned to an existing class:

• Click on Cases at the top.  Under Subscriptions will show how many total seats there are and how many are available as well as their expiration date. 
• Under Classes will show a list of the current classes and how many seats have been added to each class.  

• Click view classes to see what students the seats are assigned to.  If the space under the games heading is blank that is because they have not had a seat yet. If you would like to mass assign seats to students, click on the ASSIGN TO STUDENT button on the top right of the screen > select the students you would like to have a seat then click assign.  If there are multiple students in the class you can click assign all. If someone in the roster already has a license assigned then there will be a dot next to the name.
