How to connect the Logitech F310 game controller to your computer.

Connecting to a PC

Plug the controller in and Windows will already have the driver and install it for you and map all the buttons automatically. Make sure the switch on the controller is set to X-Input for Windows.

Connecting to a Mac

For the Mac you will need an USB-A Female to USB-C Male adapter.  Follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Connect the USB-C Adapter to the USB-A end of the controller.

Step 2 - Switch the switch on the controller from X-Input to D-Input.

Step 3 - Hold the middle button in while you plug the USB-C end into the Mac.  After being plugged in for 2-3 second let go of the middle button.

Step 4 - Press the mode button to make sure it turns the LED on the controller on and off.

All set! You can now use any application that support controller input (Scratch, arcade.makecode.com (Mac and Windows), Kodu, etc.
