There are 2 monitors at the teacher's desk in a SmartLab with a server (one is an All In Once Dell computer and one a monitor for the server). Most hardware is covered for 1 year after purchase from CLS except accidental damage.

Not Turning On :
- Did you check that all cables are connected securely?
- Are the monitors powering on?
- Did you check the input source is set to VGA? (This is what they should be set to).
Physically Broken:
SmartLab Support requires the following information to contact Dell for repair of physical defects:
Dell customer number, Service Tag numbers (located under the monitor), School name, Teacher name, email address, phone number.
