Installing Driver Updates
To Update Drivers in Windows:
Step 1 - Right Click on the Windows icon at the bottom right.
Step 2 - Choose Device Manager.
Step 3 - Use the dropdown lists to find the device which is experiencing issues.
Step 4 - Right click on the device driver and click “update driver.”
Step 5 - Choose Search automatically for drivers.
Step 6 - It will search for and install the updated driver OR it will show "The best drivers for your device are already installed."
To Update Printer Drivers:
Step 1 - Right Click on the Windows icon at the bottom right.
Step 2 - Choose Device Manager.
Step 3 - Click on the disclosure triangle next to Printers.
Step 4 - Right click on the HP printer shown and choose Update Driver.
Step 5 - Choose Search automatically for drivers.
Step 6 - It will search for and install the updated driver OR it will show “The best drivers for your device are already installed.”
Step 7 - If it shows that the driver is already up-to-date, but you're still having printing issues, you can grab the latest driver from HP's website.
