My students need a screen reader
Students can use standard screen reader tools that are compatible with Google Chrome, such as NVDA, JAWS, or ChromeVox. These tools have been tested with the new LearningHub and can read project starter text aloud to students.
Click on Add to Chrome, highlight the text you want read to you aloud, right click then select ‘read aloud selected text’

Our teacher email domains and student email domains are different
- For example, student emails end in .com and teacher emails end in .org or student emails end in @studentemail.com and teachers end in @teacheremail.com
- You'll need to login to the EdLink dashboard https://ed.link/ then complete the integration with your school's SIS then setup two separate SSO links, one for the teacher email domain and one for the student email domain. Example: You link your SIS Infinite Campus then setup 2 Google SSO's one for .com and one for .org.
We use Clever
- If you are using Clever, there is typically another authenticating SSO service running ‘under the hood’. If you are unsure who your SSO provider is, click the Clever link below, enter in your school name, it will show who your SSO provider is.
- Clever link
- If you confirm that Clever is your SSO service, there is a unique process for adding Clever SSO to LearningHub. First, complete the Edlink integration process using your SIS for class rostering. Then, Search in Clever for “LearningHub” and add the LearningHub application to your school's Clever. Reach out to support@clsonline.com after this is done, and we will authenticate the connection on our side. Then, go to Ed.link and login, click Integrations on the left, and select the SIS integration you previously created from the list. Select “single sign on” on the left. You'll see the option to add Clever as an SSO provider. Click on “link SSO Provider.”
While integrating with EdLink, I am receiving a message that someone else in my organization has already setup a connection
- This message means your school was linked with EdLink for another software. Please choose the option to Create a new organization to establish a new link and type in your school name to make a new school name.

Validate Configuration is greyed out

- This means you do not have admin access, please ask your IT or whoever has admin access to follow the integration process.
I am getting a 400 or 404 error when I try to login to LearningHub
- Please check that you are a teacher in your LMS/SIS for your classes and that you are logging into the correct website and not through Clever: https://app.inkling.com/s/smartlab/library When you enter in your email address, the system should redirect you to the SSO login for the LMS/SIS that you rostered with. If that still does not work, please try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window. Please contact support@clsonline if none of the above is working.
When I click the print button, the text disappears from the text boxes
I need the integration with EdLink to sync now to add new students
- Log into the Edlink portal https://ed.link/ then navigate to sources > (select your rostering source) > run sync
