Download Instructions:

Step 1 - To begin your download, click the corresponding Download Link. If for some reason the links in this email are not
clickable please copy and paste the link into your web browser and press Enter on your keyboard.

Step 2 - Each browser handles downloads in different ways:

• Internet Explorer will usually give you several options: “Save”, “Save As”, and “Run”. Choose “Save As” and specify a
  location to save the file. After you have made your selection, the download will begin. After it has fully downloaded,
  Internet Explorer will ask you if you want to run the file. Click “Run”.
• Firefox will only ask if you want to save the file, then it will start downloading the file in the background and show
  a small progress bar. You will need to click the “Download” button and “Show All Downloads”, then double-click on the
  downloaded filed after the download is complete.
• Chrome will open a Save As dialog so you can specify where you want to save the file. The download will then
  minimize to the browser’s status bar. Once completed you will need to click the icon for the file in the status bar and
  select the Open option.

Step 3 - Please make sure that you are ready to complete the download process. After the expiration date, the link will expire.

Step 4 - When prompted by the software, enter your serial key*.

If you did not purchase a backup disc, we suggest that you copy the downloaded file to a flash drive for safekeeping.
