Fix Computers Not Showing in Deep Freeze Console (PC)
If computers are not showing in the “Entire Network” section in Deep Freeze Console, follow the steps in this guide to resolve the issue.
Manual Entry of the Deep Freeze Console IP Address:
Step 1 - On the computer where Deep Freeze Console is installed, open the start menu and type “Command Prompt.” Open this application.
Step 2 - Type ipconfig and press enter.
Step 3 - Note the IPv4 Address. On each student computer, we'll need to enter this IP address in Deep Freeze by repeating the following steps.

Step 4 - Open Deep Freeze on the student computer with the keyboard shortcut ctrl/shift/alt+F6. On some keyboards, you will need to use the command ctrl/shift/alt/FN+F6.
Step 5 - Type the password: @lab!
Step 6 - Open the network tab.

Step 7 - Make sure it is set to “WAN” not “LAN”
Step 8 - Type in the IPv4 address from the computer (or server) where Deep Freeze Server is installed.
Step 9 - Click "Apply and Restart."
When you open Deep Freeze Console, make sure to click the dropdown arrow in the left pane next to the polar bear icon, then select "Entire Network." Once the IP Address is entered on each student PC, this is where you'll see the computer list.
Resetting the Port:
If entering the Deep Freeze Console IP address does not work, try this:
In the deep freeze console go to Tools > Network Configurator. Then select port 7725 and hit "remove." Then recheck the box to turn it back on and select port 7725 (it will pop up by default).
Other Passwords:
If the @lab! password does not work, try each of these:
*lfreeze!
*ldeep!
CLSXXX (XXX is the first three characters of the Server's Service Tag)
*lfreeze!
*ldeep!
CLSXXX (XXX is the first three characters of the Server's Service Tag)
